Hillary Clinton says only negotiated settlement can lead to peace, stability and reconciliation

"Authorities of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chair countries and foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia once again confirmed their undertaken commitments to resolve the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict," the U.S Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said at the organization's Ministerial Council's meeting in Vilnius, the OSCE website reported.

"As presidents of the OSCE Minsk Group countries said in Deauville only negotiated settlement can lead to peace, stability and reconciliation," Hillary Clinton said.
