Bahar Muradova: While sounding opinions on Azerbaijan, our Iranian friends mustn’t forget that we have friendly attitude to Iran

“All religions are equal in Azerbaijan. All religious confessions in the country establish their activities within the law”, said Vice-Speaker of the Azerbaijani Parliament Bahar Muradova commenting on the recent critics of some Iranian religious figures on Azerbaijan.

“There has never been a unidirectional activity in Azerbaijan. That’s why I think that while sounding opinions on Azerbaijan in Iran, our Iranian friends mustn’t forget that Azerbaijan is an independent country, as well as our position on Iran in the bilateral relations, and our friendly attitude to this country”.
