First Lady of Azerbaijan meets Academician Sergey Kapitsa

First Lady of Azerbaijan, president of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, UNESCO and ISESCO Goodwill Ambassador Mehriban Aliyeva met with the famous scientist, academician Sergey Kapitsa, who is now taking part in the International Humanitarian Forum.

Mrs. Aliyeva expressed pleasure with participation of the famous academician in the International Humanitarian Forum. Speaking about the Azerbaijani-Russian relations, president of Heydar Aliyev Foundation informed about the goals and activity of the Foundation, noting also the Foundation`s Russian representation`s projects that strengthen the friendly ties between two countries.

Academician Kapitsa praised goals of the Foundation, expressing also admiration for large-scale improvement works carried out in Baku. The Forum will, according to the academician, promote intercultural dialogue among the countries and peoples.
