Composition of PACE observation mission for Parliamentary Elections in Azerbaijan made public

Composition of PACE observation mission for the Parliamentary Elections on November 7 has been made public, according to official website of the Council of Europe.
The delegation led by Paul Wille (Belgium, ALDE) includes PACE Monitoring Committee’s co-rapporteurs on Azerbaijan - Pedro Agramunt and Joseph Debono Grech, as well as deputies from Spain, Germany, Italy, Poland, France, Liechtenstein, Sweden, Turkey, Latvia, Malta, Switzerland, Finland, Belgium, Bulgaria, Great Britain, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Norway. Former PACE Monitoring Committee’s co-rapporteur on Azerbaijan Andreas Gross is also among the observers.

Along with PACE members, the mission includes 2 officials from the Council of Europe, as well as Chief of Venice Commission Elections and Referendums Department Sergei Kuznetsov. Mission members will arrive in Baku today. This time they will observe together with OSCE/ ODIHR observation mission. International observers will make a joint statement on November 8.
