Musavat party condemns decision of the Russian parliament to recognize separatist regimes in Georgia

The Musavat party divan held a regular session yesterday.
According to Day.Az, the session participants discussed the internal issues of the party and sociopolitical issues.

Special attention at the session was paid to the situation in Georgia. It was noted that despite the declared withdrawal of troops the process is slow and Russian armed forces remain in some key points.

It was noted that a special decision of both chambers of the Russian parliament about recognition of separatist regimes is a sign of Russia's aggressive intentions. The party also condemned such trends and it was decided to adopt a declaration on this issue to be  made public soon.

The session discussed cooperation between the opposition parties and steps in this direction were recognized expedient.

The current issues were discussed at the end of the session.
