First Vice-President of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva has completed her official visit to the Russian Federation.

At the Vnukovo 2 International Airport, First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva was seen off by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrey Rudenko and other officials.
