Visit of Ilham Aliyev to Saudi Arabia is on

On March 8 state leader of Azerbaijan had a short meeting with successor, first deputy of prime minister, chief of National Guards Amir Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. After the meeting Fahd bin Abdulaziz Al Saud gave an official party to the honor of I.Aliyev. State and government representatives of Saudi Arabia participated in the party.

It must be mentioned that, before leaving for a visit Ilham Aliyev signed an order for awarding with "Independence" order the king of Saudi Arabia Fahd bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for his services in the development of thorough economical, cultural cooperation and strengthening the friendship between Azerbaijan and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; first deputy of prime minister Amir Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for his services in enlarging economical, cultural relations between Azerbaijan and Saudi Arabia.

In the meeting the president presented the supreme prize of Azerbaijan to the king and his successor. /APA/
