Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order to award Valentina Matviyenko with "Dostlug" order for her special services rendered to the strengthening of cooperation and mutual relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Russian Federation, Trend reports referring to the Azerbaijani presidential press-service.
