President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and his spouse Mehriban Aliyeva have attended the opening of the complex ASAN H?yat of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Guba.

The head of state and his spouse cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the complex.
