Other values cannot be universal without justice in the world (international relations) because then the very “values’' are used as means of pressure, Novruz Mammadov, deputy head of Azerbaijani presidential administration, chief of the administration's foreign relations department, tweeted on December 7.
“It was obvious that ideas of certain ideologists of the late last century about the unipolar world order were groundless,” he added. “Analyses and observations demonstrate that era referred to as unipolar world order is in fact a period of transition to bipolar or multipolar world order.”
“In order to be enduring, the unipolar world order requires justice as primary value in the international relations,” Mammadov tweeted.
