Ilham Aliyev congratulates Moldova’s president

Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev congratulated his Moldovan counterpart Nicolae Timofti on the occasion of Independence Day.

“On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own behalf, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to you and the people of your country on the occasion of the national holiday of Moldova – Independence Day,” President Aliyev said.

“I believe that friendly relations and cooperation between Azerbaijan and Moldova will continue developing and expanding in the best interests of our countries and people,” the president said.

“On this remarkable day, I wish you robust health, successes in your activities, and the friendly people of Moldova peace and prosperity,” the president added.
