Azerbaijani servicemen to join international events

Azerbaijani servicemen will participate in international events, the defense ministry said on May 16.

The exercises on self-assessment of the first level navy mine-sweepers will be held in Turku (Finland) on May 18-30, according to the report.

The ninth symposium on security in the Caspian Sea and Black Sea will be held in Bucharest (Romania) on May 19-23, according to the Azerbaijan-U.S. work plan.

A training course on "Support in the crisis response operations " will be held in Baku on May 19-23.

A course dedicated to the warning system, information dissemination and procedures on weapons of mass destruction will be organized in Oberammergau (Germany) within this period.
