Defense chief prepares to Iran visit

Azerbaijani Defense Minister, Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov will be on an official visit to Iran from April 14 to April 15, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said on April 10.

Hasanov will visit Iran at the invitation of the country's Defense Minister Hossein Dehghani.

During the visit, it is planned to discuss the issues related to the bilateral military cooperation, to exchange views on regional security issues and to hold meetings with Iranian leaders.
