OIC Parliamentary Union body's session starts in Baku

The 30th session of the executive committee of the Parliamentary Union of the Islamic Cooperation Organization (OIC) Member States began in Azerbaijan's capital Baku on June 19.

The two-day session heard a report of the Secretary General of the OIC parliamentary body.

The agenda of the session includes 11 issues. The discussions will cover issues such as political and economic relations between Islamic countries, cooperation in business, environment, human rights and other fields. The session is expected to conclude by signing a joint communique.
