“Forgive us” film ready for demonstration

The Azerbaijani Azerbaijan State Film Fund together with the Russian TV and Radio Fund has restored a documentary film "Forgive us."  The film was shot in 1979 at the Azerbaijanfilm studio by the famous director, Honoured Artist, State Laureate Arif Babayev. Operator was Valery Kerimov, composer - Emin Sabitoglu.

Hasan Mammadov, Elena Fadeeva, Ariadna Shengelaya, Haji Murad Yagizarov and others performed in the film. The film is shot on the eponymous story by Yuri Bondarev. The film's protagonist, a famous scientist, comes to his hometown after twenty years of break.
