The rector of the Azerbaijan Academy of Arts Omar Eldarov has shortly told about creativity of Alexey Naumov – the rector of the Latvian Academy of Arts, the author of more than 100 personal and collective exhibitions in various countries. Eldarov said his bright and colorful pictures create sensation of travel. The artist`s works are very live and harmonious. Alexey Naumov exposes for the first time his works in Baku.

Andris Vitolins is well known to Bakuvites. He took part in the 1st and 2nd International festivals Gyz Galasy. His works are bound by the general theme – technical designs, combination of color and accurate geometrical forms.

Vitolins` pictures are stored in many private collections and museums, in particular in the Museum of Modern Art in Baku.  A. Naumov and A. Vitolins are absolutely different two worlds – carefree silence and modern structures where the life rushes forward with improbable speed to the future. And these two worlds are in constant interaction, have something in common and create full harmony of life. The exhibition will last till December 17.
