Baku to host 5th International Mstislav Rostropovich festival

The 5th International Mstislav Rostropovich festival will be held on December 4-10 in Baku.

The festival will be co-organised by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Mstislav Rostropovich Foundation and Culture and Tourism Ministry of Azerbaijan.

According to Olga Rostropovich, artistic director of the Festival, holding international music festivals in Baku was her father`s wish.

The Mstislav Rostropovich festival has been held in Baku since 2007, bringing together prominent musicians from various countries of the world.
