Baku hosts concert titled "mugham and avant-garde"

Yesterday, a concert titled "mugham and avant-garde" was held in Baku as part of the second International Mugham Festival.

The festival was organized by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Union of Azerbaijani Composers.
