Baku has turned a cultural capital, while Gabala a town of music, said Dmitry Yablonsky, one of art directors of the second international music festival which is underway here. Yablonsky noted Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev and President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva give tremendous support for development of culture in the country.

He also pointed out the second festival was very well organized. Yablonsky said the festival brought together young musicians from various countries, adding master-classes would be held for them.
