Young performers of classical music among countries of Islamic world gather in Baku

The third international festival of young performers (under 20) of classical music among the countries of the Islamic World will be held in Baku on April 24-26.

The festival will be co-organized by the support of ISESCO and the Ministries of Youth and Sport, Culture and Tourism, Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan and Baku Music Academy.

The goals and objectives of the third international festival are to find out young talents, international experience and exchange of ideas, as well as identify ways of creativity, to create a comprehensive idea about the Azerbaijani Culture and Art in youth and adults of foreign countries, to improve the framework of East - West Dialogue of Young talents in music sphere.

The Chairman of Jury is vice rector of Baku Music Academy, pianist and composer, honoured actress Yegana Akhundova.

In nomination and presentation of awards the jury will consist of artists from Azerbaijan and foreign countries.

The distribution of places among the participants awarded with prizes, will be based on points accumulated throughout the program in protocols signed by the jury.

The Organizing Committee of the Third International Festival guarantees to sponsors and partners of the event to illuminate the placement of all forms of information of advertising.

During the festival, the organization of an extensive cultural program was included in the work schedule.
