The world famous singer Shakira on Sunday presented a grand show at Baku's Crystal Hall complex, which in May hosted Eurovision 2012 song contest.
Before the world star went on stage a Grammy Award-winning Canadian R&B and soul singer Melanie Fiona presented her hits such as Change The Records, The MF Life, Fool For You, which are leading the U.S. charts this year.
Finally, Shakira, who is in her sixth month of pregnancy, performed a hour-long program. Interestingly, the Colombian star has canceled all her performances, but didn't reject the offer to perform in Baku.
Because of her pregnancy the singer had to give up many dancing moves. However, the singer was moving all the time and drank water frequently. During the show, Shakira several times intriguingly put a hand to her rounded belly, causing explosions of emotions in a crowded hall. On one occasion she said: "Me and my baby have come to the scene together for the first time. We feel well and I feel like my baby is singing and dancing with me."
Shakira and her dance group presented a great concert - a unique mix of English-language and Latin American songs, which included such hits as "Loca", "Whenever, Wherever", "She Wolf", "Hips Don't Lie", "Underneath Your Clothes" , "La Tortura", "Don't Bother" etc.
At the end of the concert program Shakira performed Waka Waka (This Time For Africa) and blew a kiss to the audience saying: "I love you Baku!".
On Saturday Shakira performed at the closing ceremony of the FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup.
