Azerbaijan's foreign dept comprises $3.857 million

Azerbaijan's foreign dept is $3.857 million by January 1, 2011, Finance Ministry reports.

The Ministry said foreign debt now comprises a relatively modest 7.42% of Azerbaijan’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP).
