Astrakhan's minister for international and foreign economic relations in Azerbaijan

A working group of Russian Astrakhan province headed by Minister of international and foreign economic relations Denis Afanasiev is in Azerbaijan.

The aim of the 2-day visit is to discuss a new agreement which will be signed between Azerbaijan and Astrakhan governments and organization of the 2nd international journalism contest entitled "Caspian dream".
