Over 25 mln tons of oil produced over 6 months in Azerbaijan

Over 25 mln tons of oil and 8.5 billion cubic meters of gas were produced in Azerbaijan for six month 2010, according to the State Statistics Committee.

During this period, the petroleum companies of Azerbaijan International Operating Company (AIOC) produced 21.1 mln tons of oil up by 2.8% from a year earlier and 5.3 billion cubic meters of gas declining by 4%.
