Milli Majlis (Azerbaijan’s parliament) adopted the Bill on State Budget 2010 on Nov. 26.
At today’s plenary session Finance Minister Samir Sharifov said that the government approved MPs' relevant proposals.
“As a result, the parliament decided to increase expenditures of consolidated budget for 2010 by AZN 20 million from AZN 12.4 bn up to AZN 12.6 bn. The State Budget revenues and expenditures were left unchanged but their structure was corrected to the certain extent,” Sharifov said.
Consolidated budget expenditures rose at the expense of State Oil Fund.
State Budget revenues and expenditures were passed at the level of AZN 10.015 bn and AZN 11.264 bn respectively.
