Cost of most expensive land plot in Baku disclosed

The monitoring revealed that prices on 10x10 of land averaged $18,791 in July.

As in previous months, the portfolio of proposals for land in Baku was formed mainly from new vacant plots.

In July, the most expensive land in Baku was put on sale in Nasimi district of Baku near the hotel ‘Europe’. Price on 10x10 of land amounted $220,000.

The cheapest proposal was in May in the Lyaish settlement of Sabunchi district of Baku. So, 10x10 of land cost $350.
