Azerbaijan approves state program on establishment of space industry

On August 17, the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an an order endorsing the state program on establishment and development of space industry in Azerbaijan.
Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies is in charge of coordinating activities under the order.

The activities under the Presidential order will be implemented at the expense of Public budget and other funding sources stipulated in the law.

The Cabinet of Ministers is in charge of resolving the issue arising from the order.
