Azerbaijan to fully complete telephone exchange upgrade

The switch from analogue to electronic telephone exchange system in Baku will be completed by late October, Azerbaijani deputy communications minister Iltimas Mammadov said.

He said negotiations are under way with modern technology providers to upgrade all telephone exchanges in the country.
