Average price on non-residential facilities in Baku released

Participants of the Estate Market public union completed the monitoring into situation in the market of non-residential facilities conducted in June in Baku.
The monitoring showed supply of non-residential facilities increased 2.6 percent.

Non-residential facilities supplied mostly located in the first floor in private houses and newly-built buildings and first floor in the secondary housing market.

Average price for one hundred part of area in the afore-said facilities was $3.019.
