Repair work in Old City to be authorized only by State Historical and Architectural Reserve Office

The order was issued for improvement of reserve protection, the reserve officials told APA. Residents and owners of non-residential areas have to address the Reserve Office for repair work, which can be only under the daily control of relevant organizations. Excavation, removal, construction and reconstruction works are not allowed during the repairing. Residents of the monumental buildings were warned about the administrative responsibility in the case of damaging the construction and internal structure of the buildings. The residents were also warned not to do repair work from 20.00 until 8.00 and not to use the instruments caused noise, trembling and vibration.
