Latvia offers joint dairy production to Azerbaijan: AZPROMO head

The forum is held in Baku with Latvian Foreign Minister Maris Riekstins's participation.

Over 60 Azerbaijani entrepreneurs from different fields of economy and officials of 20 Latvian companies are attending the meeting.

"Basically, the Latvian entrepreneurs are interested in food industry and logistics," Huseynov said.

The AZPROMO president said economic relations between Azerbaijan and Latvia are at a high level at the moment.

"We hope the countries' economic relations will considerably improve as a result of holding a business-forum and other business meetings between businessmen," Huseynov said.

The previous business-forum between the Azerbaijani and Latvian entrepreneurs was held in 2006.
