A seminar on improvement of the state of the city transport is held in Baku under support of the World Bank, according to the WB Baku representative, Novosti-Azerbaijan reports.

The seminar participants discussed wide range of issues with regards to operational costs for raising the quality of transport services.
During the discussions the sides put forward issues on reformation of the transportation system of Baku and Absheron peninsula.
Moreover, they also discussed a range of issues regarding the current state of the city transport. It was decided to conduct operative works on improvement of the state of the transport sector not only in the capital city but also out of its bounds.
The seminar will last until April 16 of this year.
