CIS states should allot from 1 to 3% of GDP for support of banking sector, said Finance Minister of Russia Alexi Kudrin at a meeting with Finance Ministers of the CIS states, according to Reuters.

"We think we should do it and the support should concentrate on the banking, financial sector", noted he.
According to his forecast, the economic growth of the CIS states in 2009 will make from 0 to 3%.
By results of 2009 GDP of the CIS states grew 5-6%, said he.
"Russia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine were most affected by the crisis... while Azerbaijan was the least with investments volume and economy growing", said Kudrin.
