License of another securities market participant canceled in Azerbaijan

It was a professional participant of securities market. Company's license was canceled due to failure to apply accounting professional participants of the securities market that was approved Oct. 19, 2007.

The dealer license №001357 and broker license №001259, which were provided to the Iron Investments Azerbaijan on Sep. 28, 2006, was suspended on March 14.

The license of the AGBank joint-investment company was canceled in March. Bank will not prolong the permission, as it will create a specialized daughter company to occupy professional activity at the securities market.

Out of 33 professional participants of the securities market 13 licenses were issued to broker companies, 10 to dealer companies, three to depositor activity, one - to clearing, one - to  activity, two to management of securities and two to -register owners of securities.
