AIC interested in investment into information and communication technologies

The Azerbaijan Investment Company is studying possible long-term investment into the sector of information and communication technologies.
Day.Az reports with reference to the AIC press release that the company is ready to consider possible investment through buying stocks and shares in the founding capital of ICT companies, interested in expanding their activity. AIC will participate in the Baku-Tel 2008 exhibition in the framework of these intentions.

As is reported, AIC has previously supported the expansion of the producing capacity of the Garadagh-Cement plant and Milk-Pro, assisted in application of new producing technologies in "Devechi-Broyler", invested into construction of the plant of iodine and refined salt in the Masazir settlement and construction of the Sangachal oil and gas terminal.

Moreover, the company also took part in the creation of the Caspian International Investment Company.

It should be reminded that the founding capital of the company makes AZN 90 mln.
