Milk plant opens in Sheki, Azerbaijan

Day.Az reports with reference to Turkish Huriyyet, the founder of the company Erkan Tapan announced that the plant received about EUR 15,000,000 of investments.

He said the producing capacity of the milk plant makes 15,000 liters of milk per day.

"612  dairy breed cows were purchased for the enterprise. Our goal is to enter the external markets. Sheki Agro Industries is the biggest project in the agricultural sector of Azerbaijan.

This milk plant is the biggest enterprise in this field not only in Azerbaijan but also in the entire Caucasus", said Tapan.
