Household waste recycling plant to be built in Baku

An agreement on the construction of a household waste recycling plant in Baku will be signed later this month.
Deputy Economic Development Minister Mikail Jabbarov said that the preparation of necessary documents is nearing completion.

"The agreement with French CNIM on construction of a household waste recycling plant will be signed in the nearest future".

It should be noted that there are about 1,000,000 tons of waste in Baku and its suburbs. The plant is to be built on the polygon in Balakhany. The producing capacity of the pipeline will make 500,000 tons per year.
