The World Economic Forum has released a report on global enabling trade among 118 countries within 2008.
Azerbaijan takes the 76th position, Day.Az reports with reference to the website of the World Economic Forum.
The top ten countries for trade openness and investment encouragement include Hong Kong, Singapore, Sweden, Norway, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Switzerland and New Zealand.
The report relies on the analysis of the factors: market access, border administration, transport and communications infrastructure and the business environment.
It should be noted that among the CIS states Armenia takes the 61st place, Moldova 62nd, Ukraine 68th, Kazakhstan 72nd, Russia 103rd, Tajikistan 104th, Uzbekistan 105th and Kyrgyzstan 109th.
