Sabir Rustamkhanly: "Documents for issue of addressed social aid are falsified in the regions of Azerbaijan"

Chairman of parliamentary commission on social policy Hadi Rajabli said that considering the inflation processes it is proposed to raise the means criteria from AZN 45 to AZN 55.

Deputy Sabir Rustamkhanly, who does not agree with the practice of social aid issue, criticized people, issuing addressed social benefits.

"Social benefits are issued to acquaintances on the spots, documents are falsified by agreement with a person, who receives aid. 50% of the amount goes to those, who register the documents", said Rustamkhanly.
