Phantasmagoriс situation, a kind of self-delusion, occurs in the framework of one country: the government of Azerbaijan makes efforts and reports that it managed to stop the rise in prices on a loaf of bread, while its weight is obviously melting, which means the rise in the cost of a kilo of the sold loaf of bread", said Eyub Huseynov, head of the Azerbaijan Union of Free Consumers.

He noted that there are great complaints by the population about the quality of the sold bread.

"For example, they state that the high viscosity of bread, which proves a sign of a ropy bread, which originates from the wide use of expired flour, while baking bread.

I am sure that the monitoring in the local trade objects will reveal that over 90% of sold flour do not have the date of production and expiry date. This implies great volumes of expired and dangerous flour on the market", said Huseynov.
