USAID will start implementation of a new Private Sector Competitiveness Project, aimed at the development of this sphere in Azerbaijan.
The due announcement was made by USAID coordinator in Azerbaijan Scott Taylor, Novosti-Azerbaijan reports.
He noted that the said project will be implemented in the framework of close cooperation with the Azerbaijani government and will be financed conjointly. "The project is initially designed for two years", he said.
He noted that the project will take $9,000,000.
"It will encourage socioeconomic reforms in the region", he noted.
