Moore Stephens to audit 8th report on EITI in Azerbaijan

Day.Az reports with reference to the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan that the decision was adopted at a regular session of the electoral group, created in the framework of Memorandum of understanding between the governmental commission on EITI, local and foreign companies, functioning in the oil and gas producing industries of Azerbaijan and Coalition (of nongovernmental organizations) on raising transparency in extractive industries.

Moore Stephens will have to compare and analyze reports on the 8th stage (for 2007) on receipts and payments to the country's government by companies, functioning in the extractive industry and reference of the government in this sense.

It should be noted that invitations for participation in the contest were sent to influential auditing companies Deloitte, Pricewaterhouse&Coopers, Moore Stephens and KPMG.
