Azerbaijan occupies the 107th place in the ranking.
Hong-Kong tops the list, followed by Singapore, Ireland, Australia, United States, New Zealand and Canada.
Among the former soviet republics, Estonia is 12th, Lithuania 26th, Armenia 28th, Georgia 32nd, Latvia 38th, Kyrgyzstan 70th, Kazakhstan 76th, Moldova 89th, Tajikistan 114th, Turkmenistan 130th, Ukraine 133rd and Russia 134th.
Cuba and North Korea round out the list.
Serbia, Montenegria, Switzerland, Sudan, Iraq and Congo were not included into the rating list.
