Government may reconsider state budget blueprint soon

In late May or early June, the Government of Azerbaijan might reconsider revenues and expenditures of the state budget for 2007, said the Cabinet's Financial Policy Officer Ogtay Hagverdiyev.

He said the Government is studying the prospects and considering the existing trend.

"There appears no problem with the budget at present. The matter is the use of additional inflow. However, the draft budget may be not reconsidered if the current trend changes in a few months," he added, APA-Economics reports.
