Baku Steel Company returns on stream

Baku Steel Company, which shut down in early January for raw material shortage, has returned on stream.

Plant has resumed the previous capacity and now pays $115 for raw material, compared to $80-$100 before. Plant needs 1,200 tons of raw materials a day to operate at the full capacity of 350,000 tons of products annually.

Baku Steel Company also shut down in the previous year for shortage of material. APA
