Data base stolen from IMF Office in Azerbaijan restored

"The criminal case launched on theft in International Monetary Fund (IMF) Office in Azerbaijan continues. The office representatives cooperate with governmental bodies. We hope the investigation will soon be over, criminals will be punished and all the equipment of our office will be returned," IMF Office states.

Though theft of computers and other equipment from IMF Azerbaijan Office situated in Finance Ministry caused temporary problems at the end of last week, the work continues with the help of other computers and important data has been restored by means of servers in IMF Headquarters in Washington. The office will be completely ready at the end of this week and will support the mission that will visit Azerbaijan under Vitali Kramarenko's leadership.

"IMF and Azerbaijani governmental bodies will continue economic political dialogue on managing great, but temporary oil production boom for improvement of economy, especially in non-oil sector and reduce of poverty in macro-economic stability," APA reports.
