Former Barmek officials' appeals to be considered Feb. 14

Lawyer Fikret Mirzoyev told the APA that only Rahib Musayev and Alesker Ramazanov had appealed against the court verdict. It was decided to hold trial on February 14.

Company officials Elnur Mutellimov and Firudin Agayev had been sentenced to 2 years , Asif Alekberov and Ahliman Mammedov to a year and 6 months under the Article 314.2 (negligence), Alesker Ramazanov to 3 years, and Rahib Musayev to 3 years and 6 months under  Article 308 (abuse of power) of the Criminal Code.
