According to APA, Mr. Baghirov has said that despite measures taken, population still goes on with grazing their cattle in forests and cutting them down. As to cattle poisoned from preparations against pests, Baghirov called it false information.

"What the cattle have to do in forest for getting poisoned? We apply preparations against pests in the forest. But we faced unusual events. Strangely, some people who live far from the area which was then poisoned came to us complaining about the death of their cattle. We must compensate them now."
