Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies vs. "Karabakh Telecom"

Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies plans to raise a question in International GSM Association on illegal activity of "Karabakh Telecom" registered in Armenia on the occupied Azerbaijani territories.

"This question will be raised by "Azercell Telecom" which represents Azerbaijan in the association. "Karabakh Telecom" made a trick and was registered in Armenia. So, this company works legally. It plans to get registered in GSM Association now. We asked "Azercell" which is a member of association to impede this issue," said Minister of Communications and Information Technologies Ali Abbasov.
