Long-distance calls from Azerbaijan may become cheaper

The minister saying that subscribers will be devided in 4 categories during long-distance calls did not exclude that poor segment of population will be also included in one of the categories: "Because of an increase in monthly subscription fees, the price for long-distance calls can be reduced and we are holding talks in this connection. We have prepared proposals consisting of 4 categories concerning the prices and will present them to the Tariff Council till the end of the year".
